Cancellation & Refunds

This policy applies to Premium access purchased on turiya-sutra.in from Pranay Pathak.
Cancellation
Premium is sold as a fixed period of access — one month or twelve months — paid in advance. Unless expressly stated at checkout, it does not auto-renew, so there is no recurring payment to cancel: access simply ends when the period runs out. If a recurring plan is offered in future, you will be able to cancel it at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of purchase: a full refund, on request, for any reason.
- After 7 days: we do not generally refund the unused part of a period, because access has been provided.
- If something is broken: if a Premium feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you, we will refund you in full regardless of when you bought it.
- Duplicate or accidental payments are refunded in full, always.
How to request a refund
Email pranay.pathak@gmail.com from the address you paid with, or include the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. You do not need to give a reason.
How long it takes
We approve or respond to refund requests within 3 working days. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks typically credit it within 5–7 working days of issue; the exact timing is the bank’s, not ours.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — it is almost always faster, and we would rather simply refund you.
