These terms govern your use of turiya-sutra.in (the “Site”), operated by Pranay Pathak (Shobha City, Bangalore, Karnataka 560077, India). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this is

Turīya·Sūtra is an interpretive visualisation and educational tool. It maps how classical Indian knowledge systems — Sāṃkhya, Jyotiṣa, Yoga, Āyurveda and Vāstu — relate their ideas to one another. It is a synthesis across traditions, presented as such, with disputed correspondences marked where sources differ.

2. What this is not. Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, health, financial, legal or astrological advice, diagnosis, treatment or prediction. The “healing paths” describe how these traditions relate ideas about the body — supportive practices, foods, breath and rhythm — and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here. If you may have a medical emergency, contact a doctor or emergency services immediately.

3. Free and Premium access

The map, all five system maps, the depth control, node detail, the paths and the healing paths are free. Premium unlocks additional features as described on the Support page.

Premium is sold as a fixed period of access — one month or twelve months — paid in advance. Unless expressly stated at checkout, it does not auto-renew; access simply ends when the period expires and you may purchase again. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Premium entitlement may be recorded on the device you purchased from. Clearing your browser storage, or using a different device or browser, may require you to restore access — contact us and we will help.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. Your use of Razorpay is subject to their terms and privacy policy. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for refunds.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Site for personal, non-commercial study and reflection.
Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Site or its content.
Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, or interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
Do not present the Site’s content as professional advice to others.

6. Intellectual property

The classical sources drawn on are part of a shared heritage. The selection, synthesis, structure, data model, text, design, code and visualisations of this Site are the original work of Pranay Pathak and are protected by copyright. You may share links freely; you may not copy the Site’s substance for republication without written permission.

7. Availability and changes

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features at any time. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its interpretive content is complete, accurate or suited to any purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pranay Pathak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any decision you take in reliance on the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the updated version takes effect when posted here, with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use means acceptance.
