Cancellation & Refunds

This policy applies to Premium access purchased on turiya-sutra.in from Pranay Pathak.

In one line: if Premium isn’t for you, write to us within 7 days of paying and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Cancellation

Premium is sold as a fixed period of access — one month or twelve months — paid in advance. Unless expressly stated at checkout, it does not auto-renew, so there is no recurring payment to cancel: access simply ends when the period runs out. If a recurring plan is offered in future, you will be able to cancel it at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

  • Within 7 days of purchase: a full refund, on request, for any reason.
  • After 7 days: we do not generally refund the unused part of a period, because access has been provided.
  • If something is broken: if a Premium feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you, we will refund you in full regardless of when you bought it.
  • Duplicate or accidental payments are refunded in full, always.

How to request a refund

Email support@turiya-sutra.in from the address you paid with, or include the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. You do not need to give a reason.

How long it takes

We approve or respond to refund requests within 3 working days. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks typically credit it within 5–7 working days of issue; the exact timing is the bank’s, not ours.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — it is almost always faster, and we would rather simply refund you.

Darpan — the purchased document

Because Darpan is generated to your own birth details, it cannot be resold once prepared. A full refund is given if the document has not yet been sent, or if it is sent with an error in the birth data you supplied that we introduced. If the birth details themselves were entered incorrectly, write to support@turiya-sutra.in and the document will be rebuilt once at no charge. No refund is offered on the basis of disagreeing with an interpretation — the document states plainly that interpretation is a tradition’s reading and not a measurement.
